Welcome to Fremont Eye Care Physicians
We have re-opened Fremont Eye Care Physicians for routine appointments and non-urgent follow-up visits with some changes to our scheduling to minimize the risk and spread of COVID-19. There will be a temperature check at the entrance. We will have patients wait to be called in from the car so as to allow for social distancing. As a result, the waiting room will not be in use. We are requiring the proper use of a face covering while in the building at all times in order to be seen. All patient rooms will be cleaned per public health standards. The entire visit has been altered in order to maximize social distancing in the office. We ask for patience as we make this transition with the goal of maximizing your health and well-being.
We are seeing patients whenever possible via telemedicine with EyecareLive.
